We process orders Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

There are occasions where we will discard a product that does not meet our strict inspection standards. If this is the case and we are unable to fill your order in a timely manner, a representative will contact you to resolve the issue. We cannot guarantee delivery time once we ship an order

Unfortunately, since the onset of COVID-19, shipping providers have not been living up to their promises. In most cases orders arrive in a timely manner, but others have experienced significant delays. When your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. USPS specifically, has not been updating tracking information correctly for many customers. In a case that you are not seeing an update to your tracking, please contact the shipping provider first as they will have more information than us. Once you’ve contacted the carrier, our support team will be happy to work with you to ensure proper delivery. It’s strange times…but we’re all in this together.

All orders have a processing time of 24–72 hours unless otherwise stated below.
Orders placed before 12 PM CST (Monday–Friday) will be shipped within 24 hours via Priority Shipping. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will ship the next business day.

Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. All transit times are in business days (Monday-Friday).

USPS, FedEx and UPS orders confirmations received between Saturday-Sunday, those packages will not leave our warehouse until the following business day. Pick up day is counted as Day 0.

Please Note: We do not process orders on all major holidays or government observed holidays. Your order will continue processing the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days.

USPS orders are processed Monday-Saturday. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday).

APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 Days in transit.

Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of iNeed420 and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of iNeed420 Wholesale, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. iNeed420 Wholesale strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. iNeed420 Wholesale is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.

Delivery to Shipping Forwarder:

iNeed420 Wholesale strives to ensure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to offer the best customer experience. For customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s US address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items and/or other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your order, iNeed420 Wholesale is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc.

Order Discrepancies:

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email or call us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.

Canceling and Altering Orders:

Due to the volume of orders iNeed420 Wholesale  receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to alter, change, or cancel any order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
